The Solution

NFD’s solution was to provide standardized pricing, unified workflow, and proactive communication for all 1700 retail locations. NFD’s team of highly trained professionals offered MEP support, including back-of-house equipment such as Dock Levelers, Receiving doors, and forklifts. This helped to ensure that the client’s facilities were well-maintained and operating efficiently.

To improve predictability in expenses and set KPI expectations, NFD helped set thresholds for each service call per trade and established averages by the marketplace for complete 360-degree visibility. This allowed the client to have greater control over their facilities management costs and performance metrics. As a result of NFD’s efforts, the client was able to enjoy greater reliability, efficiency, and consistency in their facilities management services.
