Founder & Chief Executive Officer As the Founder and CEO of National Facilities Direct (NFD), Vince has transformed the facility management industry with innovative solutions and reengineered processes. Under his leadership, NFD has become a major player, managing over 1 million service tickets annually and employing 2,000+ professionals. Vince’s strategic focus on proprietary technologies, like a custom CRM system and state-of-the-art command center, has positioned NFD among a select group competing for top global IFM contracts. His commitment to optimizing processes continues to set new benchmarks for excellence in the industry.

Jonathan Fader

Chief Technology Officer As the CTO of National Facilities Direct, Jonathan uses his deep technical expertise to solve problems and develop strategies. His diverse background includes sales, maintenance, and commercial construction, giving him particular insight into the challenges and intricacies of facility management. Using this experience, he can navigate any issues, predict problems before they occur, develop tactics for success, and build strong, cohesive teams. Jonathan has a master’s degree in software development and is fluent in multiple languages.

Steve Coler

Executive Vice President During his twenty-year career, Steve has led sales and operations teams to generate revenue and optimize resources. He spearheaded the sales teams at AT&T, Comcast, and U.S. Home Renovations Inc., building the business from $0 to $10+ million in revenue in 12 months. Steve joined National Facilities Direct in 2022, heading the Sales & Client Success team in the FM and Construction divisions. Steve is now responsible for guiding the team in building client partnerships and creating growth strategies.

Hillary Koop

Director, Strategic Solutions Experienced in business development and sales, Hillary has a history of success working in the commercial real estate industry for the past twelve years. She thrives in high-stress, fast-paced environments and has worked with Fortune 100 clients and global teams. Before NFD, she was the Director of West Coast Business and Development Lead for Savills and the Senior Proposal Manager for JLL.

Amy Kanda

Director of Operations Amy plays a vital leadership role in maintaining and improving the efficiency of the organization's systems and processes. Previously VP of Operations for an international manufacturing import-export company, Amy has six years of experience in the facility management sector, giving her a deep understanding of the industry and how it operates. She’s also a Mechatronic Engineer, which allows her to bring a systems-based and technology-driven approach to her work, giving her the insight to implement innovations and drive optimization.

Tara Elmo

Director of Engineering Tara is a seasoned professional with a civil engineering degree and a robust background in the construction industry. As the Head of Engineering, Tara consistently delivers insightful feedback and achieves impactful results. Her collaborative approach allows her to build effective teams, and her leadership ensures that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Her commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, and her proven track record of success make her vital to the team's endeavors.
