About Vince Kiel
Vince Kiel is a builder by trade and a strategist by nature — an entrepreneur who has spent his career turning operational friction into structure and speed. With years of hands-on experience across contracting, service operations and national account management, he brings a rare, 360° understanding of the facility management ecosystem.
Before launching National Facilities Direct, Vince worked as both a general contractor and a multi-trade service provider. Those experiences revealed a glaring truth: too many companies were managing facilities reactively, not strategically. He created National Facilities Direct to change that.
Under his leadership, NFD has grown into a self-performing powerhouse managing over 1 million service tickets annually and employing 3,000+ technicians and tradespeople nationwide. By developing proprietary systems, including a custom-built ERP system and a state-of-the-art command center, Vince has positioned the company among the few independent firms capable of competing for global integrated FM contracts.
